Nostalgia!!! This is my mom's favorite quote. She has been reciting it ever since I was a child. I can barely read it now without a strong sense of longing for home ; ( lol

OH my goodness...it's so bizarre that I'm skimming through your archives and come across this! This was my saving grace at some point and just the other day, I was looking for it but couldn't remember the title or author, but then I found the one I printed out. MAX EHRMANN. I'm back to reciting it every morning. Such a beautiful, affirming piece.
